"Apparently my dog was not let out of his kennel. His dog bed was covered in feces and they gave it back to us in a plastic garbage bag. On top of that both of his elbows had all the hair rubbed off as he was forced to lay on concrete. The high school kids behind the counter couldn't be bothered to put their phones down to let him out"
"Really nice and easy to use dog boarding. It's pretty much right off of US-53 so it is perfect for dropping off when going to or from Duluth for the weekend, Price is really good especially for multiple dogs. Only suggestion would to have a wider pick-up time window - maybe 4-8 pm."
