"Very impressed with their service! We are 1st time home buyers and are definitely feeling over our heads. We were able to get John from Amelia's Home Inspection scheduled for an appointment within 2 days of calling/scheduling online. John was on time and had already started a quick run through of the house before my wife and I got there. He was very thorough and gave great recommendations to move forward with. He checked dates on all major appliances laser leveled the basement to make sure there was no issues with the foundation, and gave us ideas if we should consult with other trades (electrician, plumbing, etc.). The inspection took about 90ish minutes and we received the report within 1-2 hours. Overall, very impressed and would definitely would use again if we look at other houses in the future! P.S.
