"Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Wouldn’t want anyone else to service our pool 6/22/23 update. Well unfortunately I have to change our review. We had Kelly open our pool. He essentially took the winter cover off dumped in some chemicals dropped a wrench in it and said bye and when the pool clears enough to get my wrench just let me know. Well after 2 weeks of putting in more chemicals the pool never cleared. Called Kelly for this and about the heater panel he “fixed” not working he called back to say we probably need to re-sand the filter but never came to look at it or fix heater panel even when I told him we were hosting a family get together and needed the pool working. Found another company who found filter not working as it should due to rocks being in the pump due to our vacuuming the sludge off the bottom because Kelly didn’t do it when he opened pool and should have because he would have the equipment to vacuum and not go through the filter. New guy had our pool crystal clear in a day So lack of knowledge not performing proper opening not returning calls I rescind my prior review. A company has to give quality service each time not just once. I DO NOT RECOMMEND KELLY AND HIS COMPANY"
