"Swim Shack is simply a fantastic pool company. We had our pool installed 5 years ago and the experience was very enjoyable. Professional, punctual and great communication. I was kept informed of what was going on and if/why there were any delays (the only delays we had were due to weather). Since installation, we've had our pool serviced by Swim Shack and the experience continues to be very good. They are straight shooters, will tell you what's best for your pool, and will save you money in the process In the five years we've had our pool, our pump went out last year and our sand filter sprung a leak this year. The pump was replaced the same day I called; pricing was very reasonable. Despite the sand filter being 5 years old, Swim Shack got it covered under warranty which is simply fantastic. They didn't have to do that but they did and it speaks volumes about who they are and they're commitment to taking care of their customers. I trust Swim Shack and highly recommend them if you're considering a pool."
