"I live in Texas and decided to use Chet and Leona’s Floral as they were located next to the funeral home of the passing of my sister, that I was unable to attend. They recommended “Beautiful in Blue” bouquet and promised it would arrive looking similar to the photo on their website. To my disappointment, most of the flowers in the arrangement weren’t bloomed yet, a relative sent me a photo. I called, very upset, and Beth told me they would bloom in 5 days then look beautiful. That may be okay if it was ordered for an individual person and not a 2 hour funeral service. They refused to refund or credit me to make things right. I do not recommend their services."
