"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MADISON!!!!!!Repeatedly given incorrect information. Stored things for my daughter and girl she subletted from was told by three different people no problem they could deliver to both in fall (both at the hub just wanted to divide under two names) -weong, they wouldn’t do it, so I had to make 4 calls to the Hub who of course helped me out. But the worst was they charged me $189 to store 3 plastic bins (I didn’t know the price until 3 weeks after they picked it up- bins were only worth $60 total!). Returned all cracked and damaged. Wouldn’t give me any compensation- customer service manager said they don’t do insurance on plastic bins even though I asked for it and invoice receipt showed I had $50/bin in insurance. She pulled out small print from “welcome pack” I received in February that said they don’t insure plastic bins . Said I should not have relied on lazybones reps who picked up the stuff who said I can get insurance on the bins and who checked the box for it, as they are only temp employees- sorry but they are wearing lazybones shirts and handing out lazybones paperwork -they are your agents. And again, the invoice I got three weeks later- from lazybones and on lazybones letterhead- said I had $50/bin in insurance. Wouldn’t honor that or give me anything even as a courtesy. Again they charged me $189 for three bins and she wouldn’t even take $20 off. Absolutely horrendous customer service and complete lack of accountability. Yes they have a captive market, but their refusal to accept any responsibility is disgusting."
"Our house has used LazyBones for my 8 years as housemom and before that time. The girls love the convenience of not having to deal with doing their own laundry. LazyBones of Madison, WI has been efficient, professional and always quick at problem solving. Gregg is always kind and understanding if I need to talk with him. Pick-up and delivery is always quick and easy. ❤️"
"I had such a great experience storing and having things washed. Everyone I dealt with from the movers to customers service staff were professional, helpful, and kind. My items were taken care of and they made everything so easy- a true weight off my shoulders. Pricing was legit and it’s crazy how full service they really are, from start to finish. I highly suggest them for storage or laundry.☺️"
"My daughter started using their laundry services last year, and was always happy with the job they did. So we decided to use their storage services once her summer break started. Since we have never done that before we were reluctant, but took a chance. Once she was returning to school we contacted them to let them know her new information and they were on point with everything we needed and answering any questions we had. Very professional and understanding of our millions of questions. Mahalo!"
"My daughter used Lazy bones for summer storage. They picked up five boxes and messaged her, at the beginning of summer, that she had four boxes in storage. She immediately contacted them via email and left messages via phone, sent proof of receipt of 5 boxes picked up. They said they would try to locate missing box. Today had 4 boxes returned. After they scanned and picked up her box, they lost it. It contains all of her winter coats which a student in Wisconsin needs. All of the coats were less than a year old because we live in a warm climate and we don’t use winter coats. We are hoping that lazy bones will make this right but we are not hopeful. I would not recommend them unless you want them to lose your items. Very poor communication and customer service. The delivery guys were very nice and timely. The delivery guys were 5 stars, wish the rest of the company was."
