"Dropped off a light poly/wool jacket, was not thrilled with the results on pickup. Had lint and dog hair on it inside and out, a safety pin was left in the tag (making a permanent hole in it), and the creases on the rear that I left a note about when I dropped it off weren't fully removed. Waste of $17. Still giving two stars because the 24hr dropoff/pickup system was very convenient and user friendly and the garment was finished on time, but I will not be back in the future."

"Gave them a second chance but never again. Unfortunately, the first time they destroyed an expensive tie but I decided to give them a second chance. This time around I had two additional pieces of clothing that weren't mine that they were going to charge me for. My 4 suits looked like they hadn't even been cleaned. When I questioned it, the lady got upset and gave me an attitude instead of offering an apology. Terrible customer service. Would NOT recommend this Klinke Cleaners."

"Not sure what I just paid $52 for. Brought in 8 ties and a shirt Friday evening. Woman said they'd be "ready tomorrow". Called Saturday afternoon, staff was very short, didn't ask for my name or ticket number, just said "no it's not ready". I then see on the ticket it's ready at 4pm. They close at 4:30. Great communication on that by the staff. Finally pick them up today, get home, and it appears NOTHING was done with the ties. Shirt was cleaned but very poorly pressed. Mind you, this is just ANOTHER bad experience here, the first being 3 years ago a few days before my wedding when I dropped my suit and shirt off. Went to pick it up, woman calmly hands me the suit and says "we lost the shirt". Never even attempted to look for it. Called their corporate office, which handled it well, gave me a $20 credit, and magically the shirt appeared about 20 minutes later for me to pick up. Not sure what's going on at this location, but STAY AWAY. Plenty of other dry cleaners in the area that provide better customer service, and a much better chance that they'll actually CLEAN your items instead of fraudulently charging you for cleaning that was not done."
