"I typically don't ever leave bad reviews (we all make mistakes here and there) but I'd thought I'd give others an honest review and warning. Shirts were ruined not once, not twice, but the 3rd time I had to give up on this small business. Tried to reason with owner that something in their process or work must not be done properly for me to constantly have broken buttons, weird marks, and ultimately holes in my shirts. Even gave the owner an opportunity to right their wrongs but she refused. Taking my business elsewhere and for folks reading this good luck if you end up choosing this place for your dry cleaning needs. You were warned."

"What an absolutely great business! They were able to clean my wedding dress no problem. Unfortunately it rained on my wedding day and I got the bottom of the dress dirty. They cleaned it and now it looks good as new. Thanks so much!!"

"I brought in an expensive dress for alterations as I was in two family weddings this summer, and hoping to wear the dress to those and a going away party. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks and cost $100. They ended up taking 4 months to finish the project, and never reached out to me to communicate updated timelines despite admitting to not even having started the project when I would reach out. I was given a final date of 3 days before the wedding, and the dress was missing components and not done as promised. We were still charged $120 ($20 more than initially discussed) despite the dress missing the belt, a button, and looking largely disfigured. The owner was rude to me and took no accountability for the poor result. She told me that it “looked fine”, she lied about what alterations had actually been done, and then she later just admitted that she forgot what alternations we discussed when I first gave her the dress (and apparently didn’t take notes.) She said no reimbursement of any kind could be given, and said “$120 is pretty much the same as $100” and gave a loud, forced laugh and an overly intense look when I calmly said that that was a lot of money… She challenged any concerns offered, took no accountability for what happened, and even mocked both my mom and I at different points. She was unprofessional, offensive, and a little unhinged. The situation was frustrating and saddening - I’m just glad we never took any of the bridal to her, and I was able to warn a bride I reccommended her to."

"I brought in a cloth motorcycle jacket for the repair of a pocket. The snap sealing the pocket had come out of the cloth pocket. Master Cleaners was able to repair the pocket and the snap now works perfectly to keep the pocket closed while riding. There was a slight delay in completing the work and so Maria called me today to tell me that the jacket was finished and even discounted the price because of the slight delay. I have taken my cleaning and repair needs to Master Cleaners on Cottage Grove Road since moving to Madison four years ago and have been so pleased with the work that they do. These are wonderful people and I highly recommend them for cleaning, alterations and repair."

"I worked with Maria for my wedding dress alterations and she did an amazing job! She was also very affordable. I had her hem my dress and she made several other adjustments including adding buttons to the back. The fabric of the dress is stretchy and hard to work with but that wasn’t an issue for her. I would highly recommend her work and would absolutely go back!"
