"We paid 450, with a 70 dollar coupon for a 45 minute job. We should've called around... we've found many much cheaper options since then. EDIT: I appreciate you took time to respond to my concerns, however as every business is in the same position regarding inflation, I am still left wondering why your prices are comparatively so much higher. Like I said, we should've done more research, and want to make sure others know to do the same. 520 for 45 minutes of work is almost twelve dollars a minute; that's a fee I would guess many can't afford and clearly don't have to."

"I’m sure Hansen and Sons do quality work and are honest with their estimates according to whatever process they use. They communicate well and were willing to provide a second quote after my project changed. Their estimator (Todd) is polite, timely, amiable, and professional. However, I’m giving three stars because I wish they just told us that the job was beyond their scope or expertise rather than quoting in the $25k and $21k range for repointing, repairs, lintel work, and some re-toothing. The other three masons we contacted landed around $5-$7k."
