"I have been taking my clothes to this location for some time now, and every single time they have deliver beyond exceptional service. I love the system they have, I entered my information, drop the clothes off. I get a text notification when my clothes is ready. I come in enter my information and out the door I go with my clothes. I've never had an issue with my clothes being damaged or missing items."

"Tried to pick up my clothes last night. After I paid, the automated system dispensed someone else's clothes. No one was available by phone. No option but to remove the other customer's clothes so that the slot closed. I called that other customer at the number on the tag, waited for him, and gave him his clothes. Found out HE had been given some OTHER customer's clothes and also didn't know what to do. Tried entering my number in the automated system again; now it said I had 1 order ready but it had to be picked up when an attendant was on duty. Called attendant again; left another VM. The next day, attendant called and said she just wanted to make sure that everything worked out for me. I said "no" and explained again what I already explained in the voicemails. She told me to just come back any time and enter my number in the system again. I said, "are you sure?" and explained the situation a third time. She said, "yes, I've double-confirmed it will work for you now." I made sure to go in during attendant hours. She couldn't just hand me my suit; she stood next to me out in the lobby while I entered my number and got the exact same error message again. Only then did she go and get my suit. **Edit**: re. owner's response ("no one else yesterday or today has reported any additional issues"). At least two other customers were impacted by this mistake. Failing everything else, at the very least, Klinke could have called those other customers to let them know what happened. Doing nothing, and then pointing to the fact that they didn't call YOU as some kind of justification, is a mildly insulting way to handle an issue like this."

"Coming from a guy who does NOT do a lot of dry cleaning...with a message to others like me: 1). Get the Klinke Cleaners app 2). Fill out your profile in the app 3). Go to this Verona Klinke's store (past the McDonald's and Culver's...same side of the street) and drop off your items before 10 am. 4). Pay around $10 an item, and pick up your drycleaning by 4 pm the same day. Great spot, they make it easy. Alfonso does a great job. You can just pass your items through the drive thru. No big deal. Great service!!!"

"I'm in awe. My wedding dress had a bunch of dark stains all around the bottom of it from our outdoor wedding. But by some magic, Klinke's completely and utterly erased every single one of them. AND it only took them about 2 days to clean the entire dress. I'm blown away by how well they cleaned the dress, how fast they were, and by the way they nicely packaged my dress back up in my dress bag.
