"DO NOT, DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY It’s been 4 weeks since they said they would come and clean the parts they missed and I’m still waiting…. 4 weeks! 4 weeks! How do you stay in business??? Prob the worse service I have every received from a carpet place!! 2 8X10 rugs and they charged me over 300 dollars and didn’t do a good job!! They said they would come to fix the next day, then the next week, then they ignored me. It’s been 4 weeks since they said they would come and clean the parts they missed and I’m still waiting…. 4 weeks! 4 weeks! How do you stay in business??? It’s obvious this company does not care about the customers. I will NOT be using this company ever again, and will ensure to let anyone know who is looking to please save themselves the headache and ripoff and go somewhere else."
