"Very nice gentleman that works here, but very disappointed by the service provided. I brought a $400 comforter from West Elm that I’ve had dry cleaned 3+ times with no issues. There was absolutely no pulling on the comforter when I brought it here. When I took it out of the bag from the dry cleaners, I had to take 30 minutes to cut strings off of the comforter so it looked normal and so it wouldn’t get worse. I’m concerned by how it’s going to wear over time now and will not be bringing any blankets or clothes here in the future. There was also a very recent stain that wasn’t removed. When I called to discuss the issue, there was no apology, no offer of a refund, he just said “okay.” Very disappointed."
"Chuck was the sweetest and I'm so excited to have my dress preserved."
"This has been the only dry cleaners I've ever used, but after my most recent experience never again. I dropped off 2 dresses, a blouse, tablecloth and napkins in February. I think it's worth noting that the tablecloth and napkins had no care instructions on them (which is part of why I took them to the cleaners). When I dropped off, I could tell that the woman working there was on a personal phone call. It was a quick interaction, she looked me up, printed out my tickets and I was on my way. Admittedly, I forgot about the dry cleaning for a couple months until l found the ticket in my car. I never got a call stating it was ready, and maybe that's normal. Upon pick up I was told that the table cloth and napkins would be almost $100. When I asked why it was so high, I was told "because it was custom". I replied that I never asked for anything custom, nor was I given options for different cleanings. The woman then got what appeared to be a surprised look on her face, and then stated that next time to "tell them you want it done in house" I'm sorry, but if there are multiple options you as the business should make that known to the customer. Additionally, why on earth would you immediately go to THE most expensive option if nothing was requested by the customer? She then made a joke about using plastic next time, which in looking back was in rather poor taste. At the end of the day, if something was sent out, I understand that the third party has to be reimbursed for their service. However, if you as a business are made aware that it wasn't something that was requested, and there's clearly some sort of mix up here, you as a business should make an attempt to make it right rather than making jokes."
"I visited from out of town a few weeks ago for a wedding. I didn't realize I had a stain in my dress. I brought it in, and they were able to get the stain out within a day. It was great service and I was very pleased with the way they handled my dress! I will definitely go back whenever I'm in the area!"
"I had my wedding dress cleaned there. I got married in July 2015. I just opened my dress up for the first time to check it out and put it on for fun as I hadn't seen it in awhile. The bottom of my dress and my ribbon still have the same amount of black marks as they did when I dropped it off. To top it off they must have been very rough with my dress. A button inside that is meant to attach to straps was missing. I had also attached a fishing weight that I had kept for twenty years since I was a very little girl inside. It was one of the only things I had from my grandfather. The blue stitching was still there, but that little weight was missing. I had stitched it in between the dress tie straps and the flap that goes on the bride's back and even used a pliers to ensure it was attached tightly- and the area it was in, it was tucked in pretty well because it's a natural folded in area of the dress. I am extremely distraught at the lack of care of my dress and I would not recommend them to anyone getting anything special cleaned."
