"This is an amazing family owned dry clean. The father and son have the best customer service. I took my wedding dress to get pressed and they even helped me take it to the car, in order to prevent wrinkling. Extremely quick, attentive to detail, and affordable."

"Not quite sure what happened this time. Took my son’s suit there to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up, it wasn’t yet in the plastic bag they use to hand it to you. Didn’t pay too much attention right away, but when I got home, there were still stains, was still wrinkled and still smelled like my son. I truly believe it was never dry cleaned. They did reimburse me, but unfortunately we were flying out for a wedding the next morning so no time to clean. Have used Hans before without issues, but sorry, I really have a hard time believing they thought they were handing me a clean suit."

"The location is great, but the strip mall is located tucked a little ways back, so you can't readily see it while driving on Howell. It is right next to Goodwill and behind Taco Bell. They don't use harsh chemicals, and all their products are organic. The experience is pretty much the same as all the other dry cleaners' I've been to - not phenomenal, but not bad either. Though being Korean myself, speaking with the owner (father) in Korean probably made the experience better for me (there's a certain camaraderie among same language speakers hehe). The owner also greeted many customers by name as they came in - you could see there were a lot of regulars, which is always a plus."
