"We needed the tile grout in our entryway, kitchen, and dining room cleaned. The tile had been installed by a previous owner and perhaps never cleaned before. The gentleman from TEG, Fustel, worked on the tile where the stove stood and called me in to take a look. I pointed out areas that still looked dirty, and he kindly spent more time on it before calling me back again. It still wasn't great, but I think that he understood what I was looking for. He ended up working very hard on the rest of the floor, and when we looked at some dirty-looking spots together afterward, he showed me how some places had given up all the dirt they were going to give. The bottom line is this: Clean your grout on a regular basis, and if you need a hand from a professional, call TEG because they really do treat your property like it's their own."
