"Called to make an appointment to have my windows cleaned and correct a $115 over charge I failed to see from the last cleaning. Shirley said she would talk to owner about it, then called me back to say they would NOT do anything about the over charge and would NOT clean my windows. The fact that she was very rude and unprofessional is the reason I had to write this review and will contact the Better Business Bureau."
