"The first time cleaners did good and I gave good feedback. I hired them again. This time the bathroom floor tile broke and the cleaning company did not inform me instead they covered it up with bath mat. I found out myself after 2 days later. I spoke to owner guy of the company. From the get go he spoke to me in a very threatening tone I guess trying to scare me off and stop claiming repairs. He was very intimidating in his tone and repeatedly said how old my house is, the tiles are from 1924 since my house was originally built on that year and how dirty it was. He started saying things that are irrelevant to the discussion like I don’t care how much money you make. I had to end the conversation after 10 minutes because it was not worth my time listening to him for a $60 repair. I can only imagine how badly he treats the cleaning ladies and that could be the reason why they didn’t inform when the tiles broke."

"The 3-person crew did an outstanding job deep cleaning my two bathrooms and the kitchen. One of the bathrooms was originally very dirty. After the cleaning, it looks spotless and shiny. All the appliances in the kitchen look like new after the cleaning. I already scheduled my second cleaning service with E & JJ. They are the best in Milwaukee! Highly recommend!"
