The prices are reasonable and again the atmosphere and the owners. I really do love and appreciate who they are concerning business."

"I went to this dry cleaners for the first time. They destroyed my jacket and was dirty I picked it up! when I confronted him with my concerns, he started yelling…took my jacket ran back inside and made it worse! I was very upset and ask for my money back but he refused…..I would never return to this place, they are crooks and absolutely unprofessional. Apparently they have been doing it for a while (ripping certain customers off) and favoring a few! This is not a business beware!"

First, his prices have skyrocketed since he moved to his new location. 2nd, he cleaned 2 of my husbands suits and they were not pressed well AND OVERLY EXPENSIVE. . You could see wrinkles in the jacket. My sister agreed when I told her. She said she took a dress (1) dress to be cleaned. She said it cost her $16.00 and it appeared the dress had been washed because she noticed it was much shorter. She took the dress to the Goodwill. As far as personality goes FORGET IT. No one there has one, especially now since they seems to be MAD all of the time. I will make sure none of my family will use their cleaners. I am now going to a cleaner in Mequon. I wish I could give a 0 on this review. Could it be that these CHINESE people are RACIST?"

"I was going to have quite a bit of clothing dry cleaned but the prices are ridiculous. I had one pair of jeans cleaned for 7.00 only because I really needed them the next day. A really nice white gentleman was in line while my transaction was going on, when he came out he pecked on my window and said "ma'am I never pay more than 3.00 for my jeans I can't believe he just charged you that much. I politely thanked the gentleman and told him its OK it was my first time and my last time. If only they knew what a good customer they lost..."
