"This company ruined my cream colored silk blouse that had never been worn before. It took them several weeks to let me know, only for me to find out that it had been covered in dark spots over the entirety of the front side of the shirt. The woman at the store was kind enough to call and explain the situation to me. The owner finally gave me a call a day later than expected and let me sit in silence while I had to explain the situation to him? He laughed at me over the phone when I explained it seems appropriate to be compensated and receive my shirt back. He said “that’s not the way the world works.” It was so uncomfortable that I had to ask him if it was a joke.. he was so so rude, I am honestly quite speechless from this experience. I will never be trusting this company with my clothing again. *Extremely* rude, degrading, and unprofessional customer service from the owner. Wish I could put 0/5 stars."

"Warning. Don’t go here for alterations. I had them do a simple hem on a pair of pants. The work looked like it was done by a small child using a sewing machine for the first time. Mistakes happen and it wouldn’t have been a big deal but even though the woman at the counter agreed the work was terrible, the owner refused to fix it or give the pants back so i could take them somewhere else. They wanted more than $20 in exchange for ruining my pants!"

"Selected this dry cleaning company over a year ago because they are non toxic. I was delighted to find out a while ago that their cleaning process does not trigger my migraines. The cleaning is beautiful and I am amazed at how fluffy my items look!! The prices are very good, and I will continue to bring my items for dry cleaning here! Thank You Natural Cleaners!!! P.S. They texted Me 3 days earlier that the projected dry cleaning time that my items were ready...awesome!"
