AJ and his team came almost immediately to assess the situation and made a plan to come back the very next day before our busy Friday night. Not only did he assemble a great team to clean the very dirty old hood from the previous owner, he gave great advice and worked with me to make this very affordable! I am very impressed and do not write reviews often, but other restaurant owners should be aware of their hood cleaning options and the importance of doing it regularly. Aj is super involved in his company and made sure his people did a great job also. Will definitely work with them again. I wish I had a before and after shot of the outstanding work they did!"
