"Even with seasonal sales in progress the prices were higher than most of the other garden centers in the area. They do have a nice selection of trees and shrubs that look well tended to. Checkout was painfully slow even though there were two associates working."

"Aweful customer service. First time I went was a saturday at 1, went to the office and asked to buy a tree and some bushes and guy told me the employees that load them were already gone for the day. Went back Monday and told a guy I needed help loading the tree and bushes as I walked away to stand by the tree I hear him ask another guy if he wanted to help me so I waited by the tree (started raining at this point) and neither guy come. I went to ask for help again and see the same guys standing in the greenhouse . They see me and move over as if to hide. Finally got help. Dissapointing customer service to say the least. Seem to have very lazy employees. Gives this place a bad reputation. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."

"First time using Breezy Hill Nursery and it turned out better than expected. Purchased 3 large trees and paid to have them delivered and installed. Staff was wonderful from start to finish. Install team took great care with our yard and not to disturb our neighbor's yard with their equipment. Clean-up was excellent. There was a slight issue with one planting and the install team came out next morning to fix. Customer service ++ Will definitely use again."
