"Whenever I want to enter a magical realm but have only minutes to do it-- kind of an ordinary thing for me -- I travel to Genetti Gardens. Customers come first, and they will be spellbound. A one-woman wonder, Joann Genetti is a sculptor, landscape designer, and "picker" who is constantly stocking the shop with gift items, many local, ranging from inexpensive hot pads in bright colors to her extraordinary sculptures. Then there's the plants: hot colors, cool ones, shade, dry, jacks-in-the-pulpits, ferns-- and everything is designed to catch the eye and offer relief and inspiration. It's a strenuous business to run, but she does an outstanding job. She answers any plant question, and has made clients happy for years. Stop in-- and "travel" and let your eye wander, and take home some wonder."

"The owner was quite rude when I stopped by the shop. She was not friendly and only told me what was not for sale, which was basically everything outside. Perhaps it’s different for customers looking for landscaping, but if you’re looking to buy a gift I wouldn’t recommend stopping. Two stars because the shop is pretty."
