"Well I walked in walked over where the fabric cutting area was there was four older woman that were working there talking about one of the woman's vacation coming up , I stood there for atleast 5 min or less , there's no way they could not see me, I finally had to but in and say could u help me. Really! Take ur personnel business to the break room , grown woman not having not having any respect for their bread and butter. I walked out without buying anything. No one seemed concerned for what I was looking for."

"the woman working at the cutting counter today was just absolutely miserable. as i waited for my fabrics to be cut (very messily, might i add) i had a small case of the sniffles (it's winter! the air is dry! of course i'm a bit sniffly!!!!!) to which this woman passive-aggressively asks "do you need a tissue?" i chuckled a bit assuming it was lighthearted and said i was okay. she then proceeds to say "okay, just no one here needs to get sick".... excuse me? what no one needs is that attitude lol. ew."

"Placed an order online and when I got there to do curbside pickup, I waited about ten min and no one came out. When I went in to tell them I had been waiting and I was here to pick up my order. She blamed me for someone not coming out by telling me people usually park in the front by the door for pick up. There was no signage by the front door nor was there designated pick up parking. All she had to do was simply apologize for staff not paying attention to someone indicating they have arrived for pick up."

"This place is circling the drain. Messy, disorganized, employees that don't know anything or aren't helpful. One of the new ways employees act lazy at their jobs: Explain to you where to find something in the store instead of showing you. If I ask you where something is, it is because I already wandered the store and didn't find it in the obvious place. Your instructions to "take a left at the pillar and two rows over" isn't helpful. Just walked out."

"Slow older woman working register today. Customer couldn't make up her mind on some thing. 4 people now waiting in line. That customer goes back to her shopping in the store and cashier says it will be just a minute the customer went to get some thing... really? Suspend the sale or open another register. I left with out my purchase. Will not shop at that location."
