I have noticed some these seem to be employee/employer based rather than a review of the service which is cleaning. I think it is important for employees to be able to express grievances, and I, as a customer take the treatment of employees very seriously. That said, there ARE websites dedicated to employee experiences and I think these cases would be much stronger if posted on those websites. Posting grievances here might come off as vindictive and might lessen their credibility. Just a thought."
