"Didn’t show up on scheduled day, no notification. I called the number I was given, it went to voice mail, voice mailbox was full. 2 employees arrived 4 days later. They appeared to use their own vacuum and steam mop. Both of which were dirty. The vacuum blew someone else’s dust all around. Not impressed."
