"What a bummer. I brought in a brand new comforter that my cat peed on in hopes to get out the smell. They assured me they could and then when i came back to pick it up they said they couldn’t afterall. If i had a big enough washing machine a couple of washes with laundry sanitizer would have done the trick. I paid a lot of money for a bummer of a service and they pretty much just said oh well."
