"Always there for their clients and employees, however, they have a horrible way of firing staff. Use and abuse until they don’t need you, then let you go. The one thing I would change about this company would be leading staff on, just to let them down. They also don’t hire anyone who is not “white”."

"At Your Service has been a life saver for my sister and I who both live out of town. My 94 year old dad wants to “stay on the farm!”, but he needs help. The staff is so kind and helpful!! They understand the elderly and are so respectful of our dad! They not only take him shopping for groceries, but stand in line with him to get his Turkey hunting license! He regularly goes for drives with his caretaker looking for turkeys and checking the fields. We don’t have to worry about him driving anymore. They often stop for coffee or lunch which he always loved, but hadn’t done since our mom died. He’s the happiest he’s been in years! Our guilt is gone, he is being well cared for, and when he needs additional help we can add more hours. Don’t hesitate to call them. It was exactly what we needed!"
