"I brought my wedding dress in on Tuesday, July 16th to get cleaned after my wedding on July 13th. I called about 3 weeks later checking in and a lady answer saying it has not been cleaned yet. I called on August 17th and I was told they actually cannot find my dress. Of course that did not make me feel very good. She called me later that day and said they have found the dress and they will make sure it gets cleaned right away. I then called on September 5th and a lady was short with me on the phone and said she would call me back. I live out of the state so I had my sister go and pick it up and asked for a refund. They gave her the dress and the refund no problem. When she brought it home she saw there is a 5 inch tear in the back of my dress (which was not there when I brought it in). Makes sense why they were being sketchy whenever I called and avoided the conversation. They said it was cleaned but not spotted and pressed. The dress is still the same as it was after the wedding and does not smell clean. I called about the tear in my dress and they said they were not aware and I can bring it in to get fixed. I said no as it had already been almost 2 months and she responded with "I don't know what to tell you." So overall my dress had a tear in the back of it and was not cleaned. Very very disappointed. If you have an item that is important to you, I would go else where. If they were honest and handled the situation differently, I would have understood. I get accidents happen but that was not the case."
