"I recently took a vintage blanket to be dry cleaned in order to avoid shrinkage. When I went to pick up the blanket today, nothing was mentioned about the blanket and so I assumed that everything was fine. However, this evening when I went to take a look at the blanket I was shocked to find that the blanket had been shrunken significantly and was essentially ruined! I am not sure how it could have shrunk since it shouldn't have been washed and if they weren't sure how to treat it - Why didn't they call and tell me so that I could pick it up and take it elsewhere? I am incredibly disappointed as this is not something that can be replaced! I will be calling in the morning to hopefully have the issue resolved - Will update my review based on that."

"I wish I could give 0 stars. Has had my clothes for nearly two months! Have called multiple times to check status, keep getting told they will have it done by weeks end. First and last time I’ll use this business, and I’ll be sure to let others know. If there is not a significant discount when I finally get my clothes, there will be bigger issues."
