"Every time I come here it is nice and clean. Usually I do my laundry in the middle of the night so I have the whole place to myself. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is that most of the extra large machines were out of order."

"There is a short hispanic male that sweeps and mops that is soo completely rude. Im only commenting because my disabled mother has stopped coming here simply because he constantly forces her to move out of the way so he can clean the floors. She started going to your McLean location to avoild this issue. Today i was here and he splashed mop water on my feet, and picked my baskets up off the floor so he could sweep under them. This guy needs to be told how to treat customers."
