"1/10 don’t recommend. I replaced the brushes, dryer didn’t work. Sent it in because they said it was under warranty. Then they tried to charge me $115 to replace the brushes because they said that was the only issue. Even though the brushes in were brand new. Paid $500 for the dryer and also had to pay almost $100 to ship it to them to be fixed. Customer service is very hard to get ahold of and once you do they just tell you you’re out of luck while they try to take every dollar they can. Wouldn’t ship my dryer that I own and paid for back unless I paid them their amount to fix it."

"On June 30 I ordered a dryer hose and clamp. I received an email confirming the order. On Aug 16 I called to check on the status of my order since i hadn't received any more updates. The customer service was unprofessional. I was told that it wasn't their fault, that they didn't receive the order. I requested to be compensated for at least the shipping. She responded that she'd see what she could do. A few days later i received my order but no compensation was made. You can hopefully understand my disappointment for this whole process. As a fellow business owner, I really wish the success of other businesses but the success of a business depends on how you treat your customers before, during and after a transaction. I emailed my disappointment to the dominant without any response. Because of how this situation was handled, i will not be returning and not recommending them."
