"I live out of state and googled Flowers in St Paul, as I wanted a local shop for 2 very special arrangements. It was the day before Christmas Eve, and the temps were well below zero. I found this arrangement and knew it would be perfect for my brother in St Paul. I ordered it in the morning and it arrived later that day. My brother was very happy with the quality and funky design, it brought him much needed joy during a stressful times.
