She sent me a photo yesterday (Dec 29th) commenting on how she has NEVER had a bouquet last so beautifully! Well done Hallstrom's! "We ordered birthday flowers for a friend in Red Wing but put the wrong address on the order. Diane instead of just leaving the flowers on the front porch she realized it was the wrong address and called me and went out of her way to find the right address. Best customer service ever and beautiful flowers too."

"The one good thing was the workers at Hallstrom’s were very sweet, however, the price didn’t match the flowers. I was very surprised upon seeing them. The receiver of the flowers asked me if they were gas station flowers. I expected $45 flowers to be more impressive than what I received. I will not be buying from this company again."

"Buyer beware.This florist is awful. I am a floral designer and made a detailed specific request knowing full well the cost to design the arrangement and the cost of the flowers. We paid a total of $300. They CLAIM $200 worth of flowers are in this arrangement. Not even in NY or LA would $200 buy you so little. Plus $100 to arrange these flowers in small town MN is ridiculous. We know the wholesale and retail cost of flowers and this is NOT a $300 arrangement. When we phoned to discuss the matter, the manager became defensive and belligerent. She neither apologized nor offered compensation. She knows what they did and so do we. Don't use this florist unless you want to pay 6 times what the flowers are worth. Find another florist even if you have to cross the river into Wisconsin. Govern yourself accordingly."
