"Must give a shout out to Gilbertson's Cleaners. I bought a special occasion dress and did not notice an odd stain on the chiffon material. The very talented cleaner at Gilbertson's worked for a few days trying different approaches to removing the stain and was successful! They have wonderful customer service and fair pricing. I will definitely use their services again!"
"We brought in an off-white entry rug that matched our living room area rug. We picked it up - the rug is now yellow- orange in color…the owner denied that the rug was a different color than when we brought it in…very confrontational, absolutely NO customer service skills. My husband has used this dry cleaner for 30 years. This is a new owner. If you value good quality and customer service - DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE! They charged us $32 to ruin our rug and pretty much called us liars!"
