"Charged 3,445 for a single room and stairwell with ceilings to be repaired and a single 11ft wall and ceiling access to finish. We thought it seemed high but assumed he was a amazing professional who would do a great job. He missed some obvious areas we asked him to fix and he did. Then he came to sand and "finished" and offered me $50 to leave a good review. I declined and it makes me question all the positive reviews here and whether they've been paid for. We still have tape showing in the walls, a crack in the ceiling, globs of mud hanging from the ceiling access, screw holes there showing and it was not taped on the edges or corners. (Wish i could load photos here) When we complained about it, max said that sanding was not included in the quote. When asked why he came to sand the walls, he said he did that as a favor. Mmkay. When asked about the tape and screws showing he said there should not be. We agreed. We asked for the ceiling portion to be refunded and he did give back $375, which makes the walls over $2000? I gave 1 star for getting back to us after we complained and 1 star for being on time."

"We have an old Victorian house and Max and his crew painted the top peaks and eaves for us and did a great job. Only took them a couple of days, and they caulked and sealed up some holes by the flashing. The were reliable and communicated well and were on time. You can't ask for more!"
