"Unethical owners refused to honor gift card of a local cleaning company they own. Strung me along with revolving excuses for why, changing reasons when confronted. First that the gift card expired (illegal in Minnesota!), then that they couldn't find record of it in their ledger (not the gift card holders fault they are unorganized), then that the company they bought technically no longer exist (they still advertise this company on Facebook). Can't comment on how well they can clean, my only experience has been that they'll take your friend's money."
