"Don’t go to this business, I was quoted one price but when I went to pick up my clothes the price pretty much doubled. When asked why was told the sent my clothes somewhere and was charged there and then again with them. So if you used someone else to do the work, why do I have to pay you too. Why give me a price and then get upset when I say that’s not the price I was quoted when I dropped my stuff off. The manager should be fired, unprofessional rip-offs didn’t try to correct the mistake, just demanded I pay the overcharges. Horrible experience"

"I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but something doesn’t sit right with me when I’m quoted one price, and then charged another. A few more dollars is fine, but this was significant. Not to mention the owner’s unwillingness to help with or fix the discrepancy and was instead met with an unprofessional response. Very disappointed."

"Terrible experience. When we got the wedding dress back it looked like the dirt had just been spread farther up the skirt of the dress, in worse shape than before. When we sent it back to get it redone we received a voicemail (from Pam presumably?) telling us that this dress was the worst dress she had ever received to be cleaned and that it “smelled like it had been through a swamp.” Very rude, opinionated, and unnecessary comments. Will not be going back."
