"National Dusters has been coming for several years now, as they "inherited" me as a client from a previous home cleaning service (Willow Maids). They clean the main level of my house once a month. I have worked with several of their teams - anywhere from 1 - 3 individuals, and overall, it has been a very good experience. I will typically meet them at the door and explain how I'd like things done, and sometimes swap out cleaning of some areas for others. I also take the time to straighten up and put away things before they arrive to get the best use of their time. I do work out of my home office, so I may have a greater degree of flexibility to be there and explain what needs to be done. The team they send is always very accommodating. They literally, work around my two cats, as one is 16 years old and won't budge from his bed in the living room. When they are done, the house smells fantastic, the floors and counters shine, and the bathroom is sparkling."
