"Gabriel and Olivia arrived in the promised time window, were friendly, polite, and professional. I paid for 4 hours of cleaning, and they finished all requested rooms in 3 hours. Overall, what I got was a good result, for example the upstairs bathroom was a disaster and it looks so much better now. They did a lot of hard work in the time they were here. I requested some changes to cleaning products and they were very flexible. They did miss a few things, hence the 4 stars (would do 4.5 if I could), for example wiping off light switch covers and tops of the shower surrounds, and dusting in one room, and left without saying goodbye so I didn’t get a chance to ask them to get those spots."

"I booked Two Maids and a Mop for a one time deep clean and, while this is my first time using a professional cleaner, I'm not impressed. My coffee table wasn't wiped off well, mirrors in my living room weren't washed, some windowsills were skipped and I just found a bunch of cleaning product dried to the corner of my shower from not being rinsed. Since writing this, I did recieve a call back with the offer to amend the problem areas free of charge. Customer service on backend was nice but would have preferred not to have had to complain."

"I switched to two maids and a mop from another service to have more flexibility with cleanings and to have a higher quality clean. This did not happen. The first cleaning they rescheduled me at 8pm and did not even give me a call just a text to confirm that would work for me. They did work to fix that. The second cleaning they showed up 930 and left at before 1030. The kitchen counters were not wiped down, shower and faucets not cleaned, rugs not vaccumed, floors dirty and furniture not dusted. I called and they sent the team back. They spent less them 30 minutes and only fixed half of the list. The owner called following day and despite all the evidence I sent continued to take his teams side. Saying maybe my faucets couldn’t be clean and asking if my brown cabinet had grease stains when it was toothpaste. My other cleaners always left the faucets clean and I cleaned them myself after. When we book with a company its to help reduce our work load and we appreciate hard work. Its an employers job to put customers first and realize when their employees made a mistake. I will be going back to my previous cleaner. I do not recommend this company."
