This took several weeks to complete and our PM, Patrick, kept in contact with that contractor and the day that work was complete, LU was on site to continue work. Project was on budget and completed on time within the scope of their control. I would recommend their services."

Initially, I was impressed with their professionalism and the scope of work they presented. However, my experience with their post-installation warranty service has been disappointing and concerning. In July 2022, I noticed an issue with the retaining wall - it began to separate at the corners. I immediately reached out to Landscapes Unlimited and followed their process for submitting a warranty claim, as instructed by their team. I've been patient and cooperative, understanding the challenges posed by weather and scheduling. Yet, the continued delay and lack of clear communication have left me with an unresolved issue and growing frustration. My aim in posting this review is not to disparage Landscapes Unlimited but to highlight an area where improvement is needed. Effective and timely warranty service is crucial, especially for high-value projects. I hope this feedback prompts a more proactive approach to customer service post-project completion, especially concerning warranty issues. To potential customers, my advice would be to ensure clear and explicit terms regarding post-installation service and warranty follow-up before committing to a project of this scale."

"Would rate Landscapes Unlimited a zero if I could. My wife and I wanted to redo the rock bed in front of our house, and saw a post by Landscapes Unlimited. When I spoke to Chris, he promised that it will be done within 2 weeks. The project ended up taking almost a month with no explanation when I asked Chris. Also asked for a little bit of a discount and he basically spit in my face."

The wall look perfect, the steps are spectacular, and the project went as planned and on time. Also, the existing landscaping was restored impeccably.
