"Was extremely dirty. There was hair balls, dryer sheets, and dirt all over the floors. The washers and dryers were disgusting inside so I had to clean them out before I used them. Half the washers were out of order and the lint traps were caked with grossness to the point I had to use gloves to remove it."
"I definitely won't be returning to "The Laundry Lodge." The former owner was amazing but ever since new ownership took over, I have had nothing but bad experiences. The first time I had $300+ worth of clothes stolen and when I contacted "management", they showed no empathy and essentially blamed me for leaving it unattended. The second time, there was no out of order sign on a dryer so I put my money in and go to push the start button and see on the tiny screen that it says out of order. The machine would not give me my money back and there were no refund slips available. Save your money and go somewhere else!"
