I visited 1 week later to make a purchase, Bruce was out of town but I was give the price promised. Delivery was fast but one of the straps made a small damage on the top. After reaching out to Bruce, I was given a call that same evening. The issue was resolved within a few days and we are very happy how it was delt with.
