"This was our first time using Catnip Hill. It was for a lengthy period of time for our two boys. Christine was fabulous in letting us inquire every few days into how they were doing. They adjusted well and we found them well when we picked them up! Our cats will be going back to Catnip Hill when we leave town again."

"We took our two male cats, Cinnamon and Sugar, over to Catnip Hill for 5-day stay while we showed our house for sale. The “boys” were nervous going in but the folks at the “hotel” were most kind to them, and we picked them up at the end of our stay and they were in great shape, and happy to see us. I’d definitely recommend Catnip Hill to all cat owners we know, and best for us, the place is located 2.5 miles away from our new place that’s under construction currently. "Recently brought our kitty here while on vacation. Couldn’t have asked for a better place! We love that our kitty had her own private “suite”, looking out at birds, horses, and other wildlife. We also chose this place because it’s a dog-free environment. Staff were extremely nice, and the rates were great. We absolutely recommend Catnip Hill to anyone looking for a great place to board their kitty!"

"Very happy with our experience here, will definitely come again in the future. Both of our cats needed scheduled meds while staying and it was no problem at all. I was very impressed with the rooms, they all had a window and several perches of various heights. I felt very comfortable leaving my cats in the care of Christine, she had a very calm demeanor even though our one cat was very tense and hissing when we initially dropped them off. By the time we were back from our trip both cats seemed very comfortable and relaxed. I was really impressed with how nice this place was. I wouldn’t board my cats anywhere else!"

"Catnip hill is a beautiful and relaxing place. I travel quite often and have boarded my cats 5+ times now. I've been to couple other places in Madison, but was disappointed to see some of them have dogs near by. Catnip hill is awesome because they only board cats. Let's be honest, cats don't enjoy new environments. However, my cat now seems to have adjusted to Catnip Hill visit couple times a year, and that's full credit to Christine for being very friendly to my cat. I once had an emergency during travel and had to fly back 2 days later than expected. Christine was very accommodating and extended my cats stay with no problem. 5 stars!"
