Fox Hills Condos

"2 bedroom 2 bathroom full kitchen condos. We stayed in January and there's not much to do. This was perfect for us, as our kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub! Well maintained and clean. Pool area is clean and well maintained too. Everything is dated, but that doesn't bother me. Condos are spacious and we enjoyed quiet evenings and kids loved having their own room."

"We had to purchase a 3 night minimum although we stayed only 2 nights in order to get the condo which would accommodate 6 people (2 queen size beds in 1 room, a king in the master and a pullout sofa. Because we WEREN'T staying a week they charged EXTRA CLEANING FEE!! SEEMS LIKE IT SHOULD BE THE OTHER WAY AROUND! IF STAYING LONGER YOU NEED TO PAY EXTRA FOR CLEANING!! We arrived after dark and the area was so poorly lit and signage so poor we had difficulty navigating to our condo. The decorating of our condo I would say was circa 1970s but appeared to be quite clean. Couldn't flush the toilet in the primary bedroom. Alerted them we would be gone for the day and that the toilet needed attention. Came back and it was not fixed. NEVER DID COME DURING OUR STAY. THE SHOWER HEADS WERE WACK! NO Water pressure in the common bathroom and 1/3 of the water leaks back out the faucet instead of the shower head in the primary bath. The oven heated way hot so burned out cinnamon rolls after minimal cooking time. We were in the area and were having difficulty locating appropriate accommodations to house 6 people. We are owners of a Wyndham Timeshare (unfortunately) and these accommodations were linked to RCI so we were able to use RCI POINTS to stay here. Most likely will NEVER USE THIS OPTION AGAIN. Addendum: the problems we complained about in our review had nothing as far as I know to do with a "hot water heater"!! It was not having anyone respond and fix the clogged toilet and NO WATER PRESSURE IN THE COMMON BATHROOM AND THE FAUCET NOT WORKING IN THE PRIMARY BATHROOM ALLOWING 1/3 THE WATER TO GO OUT THE FAUCET INSTEAD OF THE SHOWER HEAD!!"

"We are timeshare owners and have been coming here for years. They slowly have been going downhill, but this year takes the cake. We just got notice they are raising everyone’s rates, for what??? Our 3 bathroom condo had only 2 working showers and if you ran one, you could not run the other, or even a sink, or you lose all water pressure. Apparently there was a leak below us, they moved them out, but when the maintenance man knocked at our door to ask if we used the jets that may have caused the leak (we didn’t) and we mentioned our issues, he just said - that is the way it works. We ran out of dishwasher soap, so when I asked desk at the pool for more, he hands me two - I hear him rustling in a box. We may have 6 in the condo, but there are only 8 of each dish, I had to do at least 2 loads a day. Very frustrating! Also, for a family place, the pool is a very hot spot. That is fine, but when a group comes in and blares inappropriate music someone needs to do something. Four families complained to the front desk and he just said - yep it is bad. What??? I am sad to see this and if things don’t change, it is going to close soon. We have been here half of our week and are ready to go home, it is that bad. And it is slow season too!"

"I've been coming here for years, my parents are owners of a time share here. The units are definitely frozen in time, but overall clean and very roomy. The golf course is fun and is great for those who enjoy golfing. I might suggest using a bit more weed killer. The girls in the golf clubhouse were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, our experience here was great, I just wish there were more dining options on-site and more activities happening on the weekends."
