"Currently living at the Tribeca village apartments in Middleton. The apartment complex is very beautiful, very nice apartment buildings. However, the staff completely ruined my living experience here. Long story short, I got treated very badly and unfairly over a situation with another neighbor. Plus they are jacking up rent by $200. Never worth it. Looking forward to moving out."

When questioned, the staff and principals become combative and defensive, even downright threatening. They are efficient, kind and very patient. There was a little glitch on my contract and Peter Constanza, the Property Manager, promptly figured out how to the resolve it to my advantage. I highly recommend Middleton Center to anyone looking for a great place in the heart of Middleton."

"I moved to Conservancy Bend Residences a few weeks ago. I scheduled appointments with 17 different apartments in the surrounding areas of Madison before settling on this one. There's a few things that made this place stand out that aren't immediately obvious when looking online. First of all, management here couldn't be better. Amy and Rutta are joys work with. From the move-in process to everything else, they were always responsive, thorough, and understanding. You also get membership to Peter Kraus Fitness included in your rent, which was a game-changer for me because they're a legit gym open 24 hours, and I'd go late at night when no one is there and that let's me easily study for school while lifting. If you're looking to bike to work or explore, the location is ideal since the conservancy bike trail runs right past it. Bike parking is in the apartments as well. If you take the bus to work like me, the bus stops right next to the place. Finally, what really sealed the deal was the Middleton area; really cool vibe walking through the downtown, especially the Middleton Center, and it feels pretty safe and home-y. Solid 11/10."
