"I am not someone to post reviews, but Kevin at Swimming Pool Specialists deserves 5+++ stars! I can't say enough about how great it has been to work with him. We never had a pool before, and other companies made it clear that they were about the number of jobs they could complete in a season and dollar signs, and NOT customer service, quality, longevity, and satisfaction. Kevin built us a beautiful pool, at a very fair price, in an impressively fast, smooth, clear process. He responds to calls, shows up, helps me learn the routine and maintenance, and continues to do so in a cost-mindful way. All his sub-contractors had only positive things to say about Kevin's pool expertise and working with him. It has been almost 2 years since Kevin installed our pool, and he continues to provide me with answers we trust him with any services needed. We LOVE our pool and hope Kevin never retires!! ;)"

"These guys really get after it. I am very pleased with Kevin and his team. We have a little story; We initially signed on with a competitor out of Plymouth, WI. That contractor disrespected my wife and frankly insulted our intelligence. We decided to cancel and start over, risking not getting a pool this year. We interviewed a lot of other companies and the minute we met Kevin we knew he was a good fit. He listened intently to what we wanted and really delivered the goods. This man and his crew worked harder than I have ever witnessed. He was up front that he may not be able to get our project in this year, but the weather cooperated, and he stayed on top of material shortages due to Covid, and got us done. It is really simple, you call him, he calls back, you need him out, he stops out. I have come to appreciate there are few left like this one, but he can only do so much. Get on his schedule before he is booked out. You will not be sorry."
