"Really disappointing time at this location today, despite previous good shopping experiences. I won a Color Bar Party (through a raffle) and it was not at all what I was informed of originally. My guests and I arrived a little late due to traffic (we came all the way from Chicago) and the events manager sent me a rude-toned email asking if we were even showing up (despite the fact that I called to let them know we were running late). I also did not get my free Color Bar item, which was mentioned in the initial email. Though we were given drinks, there were no snacks provided and it basically felt like a regular shopping experience. I've bought a few pieces from this location before, but think I will skip it in the future for a location closer to me with better customer service and a nicer events manager. The one good thing about this location is that the other employees are nice, especially the lady who was working the cash register today (I believe her name was Mary)."
