Reviews of Diamond Nexus - Corporate Headquarters
"Ordered a pair of earrings and returned them. They looked like they came from the dollar store... They were horrible. Poorly made and didn't have 1 Hint of shine, do yourself a favor and get Swarovski or pandora they have great customer service and stand behind their product."
"Purchasing an engagement ring is a very daunting task, financially speaking. Thanks to Diamond Nexus, I learned about moissanite, a diamond alternative with a fiery look to it. My girlfriend loves her three stone engagement ring she said yes"
"I bought a ring for $1000 online and was told that it was a lab cut diamond that was similar to a real diamond. I bought a carat and a half for $1000 only to find out, the diamond access has been sued several times for their misguided wording and also came to find out that the “diamond” was in fact cubic Zirconium. I got sold $1000 rock of crystal!! (With a very small amount of gold worth about $50)Nearest to say my attempts to get my money back or get a hold of diamond nexus have been fruitless. Do not buy from this company. They are quite frankly scamming you. As a side note- they make everything JUST good enough to pass the necessary requirements and make it vague enough that they aren’t breaking any laws. And then sell you crystal. I had it tested and it doesn’t register at all on the scale."
"Twice during the three years we’ve had our wedding ring we've had to return it to Diamond Nexus because one of the three stones has fallen out. Each time they told us how to return it through FedEx and sent us Shipping Labels. The second time, although the ring and loose diamond were double bagged, the ring fell out or was stolen, they said, during transit. My wife was distraught, her beautiful wedding ring, twice broken, was now gone. When the ring was lost, Diamond Nexus said that although they arranged the shipping return, they didn’t bother to insure the shipping and it was our responsibility, so we should contact our insurance, if we had arranged insurance. Believing that, as a responsible company, they had insured their returns, we hadn’t. Twice broken in three short years, now we’ve lost our beautiful (and expensive) wedding ring. What a rip-off company - DON’T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, they can break your heart, (and your bank!)"
"My husband and I decided we wanted to keep our wedding costs down (including the jewelry) when we discussed marriage and I mentioned lab created diamonds to him as an option I was interested in. Just under four years ago he ordered my ring which was lovely, though it had a minor design flaw in one of the cutouts on the side. When I sent it in for resizing I asked if they could fix that, which they didn’t until I sent it back in a second time and requested that it be fixed (they chose to send me a replacement ring, which was fine). That scenario was a bit frustrating as I had a short engagement and didn’t have my ring over the holidays, but when I did receive the replacement ring, all was well. Now here’s the reason they get five stars from me. I am extremely hard on my hands and me jewelry, even though I make sure to always remove my rings when working out or doing farm work. After almost four years of daily wear, my ring has some minor scratches on it and I noticed a chip in the center diamond and light scratches on the diamond itself (because lab created are a bit softer than natural diamonds, if I’m understanding the science correctly). I looked up the warranty lifetime policy on the website and it said the diamonds are covered for life, though I expected to pay for shipping, and was just going to ask if they could polish the diamond to smooth it out, since I’m the one who’s super hard on my jewelry and we didn’t take out an extra warranty policy. Nope, they did even better! I had a short email exchange with customer service to verify my diamond could be checked out, and they sent me a shipping label. A few days after I sent it it, I saw on their repair order that they not only would replace the diamond, they would polish all the scratches on the metal from my wedding band rubbing against it, AND redo the rhodium plating. ALL with no charge to me. I’m so impressed and thankful for that kind of service which goes above what I asked and would have expected. I definitely plan to purchase more fine jewelry from them and will continue to recommend Diamond Nexus to anyone considering a budget-friendly lab created diamond option."
