"I took my recently purchased Movado watch to them to make sure it was authentic. He took time to explain how the automatic watch works since I have never had one. He then took the watch over to his microscope and verified it was authentic. He did not want any money for his time but I left $20 on the counter. I will definitely be back."
"Fast friendly same day service for watch resizing and new batteries."
"I absolutely love this shop. After weaning myself off of smartwatches, I have become an avid collector of vintage watches and their $19.99 cabinet is my new obsession. Found several gems and will be back for more!"
"Don't go in looking for customer service. The ESL guy seems to know his stuff but he also knows how to hoodwink unsuspecting customers with prices way high. Was there a few days ago and watched him 'service' some older people. I have gone there a couple times first for major work- went okay, so i went back. YA vydokhsya"
"Took in my wife's MK watch and my Movado chrono watch in to have batteries replaced. Wife's watch was a breeze for the gentleman but the Movado was another story. He spent about 5 min trying to open the back without any luck. He came to the counter and said it was on really tight and picked up a swiss army knife and went over to try and pry open the back which made me a bit nervous. Well, he ended up gouging the back to the point where it is sharp to the touch. If the traditional tools used to open a watch did not work I wish he would have stopped and recommended taking it to another location vs damaging the watch. Not too happy right now."
