"Called about a service they provide at reduced price for qualifying individuals. Website seemed to never have any availability to request and schedule spay or neuter. Called directly and was told why I always got stuck and told me day and time to try again and if I ran into same problem to call her back right after logging off and shed get my puppy scheduled for next available spot! Great ppl they have working there! I've had a number of interactions and spay and neuters in past 10 years and this is the ONLY place I'll take any of my fur babies! All other vets I have come to find out are way out of my price range since after reopening from COVID shut down and this crazy inflation! So yes if you qualify and are in need of getting your pet spayed or neutered please check out their website and answer few easy questions and it will give you an answer as well as information on needed vaccinations or options to get those done at their low cost vac clinic as well as get the surgery scheduled too!"
"Adopted a senior cat. He is still getting used to his new home. The people at the shelter were very good at explaining everything and very knowledgeable. I am so happy to have Apollo. He keeps my spirits up."
"Very friendly environment. Worked well with our dogs and made them feel comfortable. Will be going back. In and out service with a smile."
"We adopted a 2 yr old dog from them on November 25th because we had lost our other dog of 10 yrs to that respiratory infection that was going around so we wanted a new companion because the house was too quiet and we missed having a dog along with the cats. Long story short we stopped at this greenbay site and found Nadia (aka nadi) on November 25 well she passed away on this past friday from what we think was a heart attack. I know that humane society may not know all medical issues of the animals but reading up on some of the things that she did in the month we had her were signs she may have had a heart issue but we didnt know any of this until she passed. Im not blaming anyone im just angry i only got to have her for a month but i sure am glad that she passed with us and not at the humane society. I think they need to do better health checks on these pets so they can live a longer life and the people that adopt them aren't left with an unexpected death."
"I adopted a kitty from Petsmart and was so happy that I did. The care givers there were kind and professional. I got to be in a room with several kittens and chose the one who purred at me. He is adorable. He was neurted, chipped, and had first set of shots. He is my ESA pet. He has helped me with my anxiety. He sleeps with me. He lakes by me in my recliner. He goes room to room when I do. He is so loved. Thank you WI Humane Society and Petsmart. Thank you Heather Richardson."
