"Went window shopping and regret it. I had asked for Italian silver and was told that they sell the stuff they buy to distributors that melt it down, understandable, but honestly don't try to sell me something off the computer I can use a phone and order real products online myself.... The lady said this necklace was silver trying to make a sale, after inspecting it myself and looking at the tag and stamps it was in fact the color silver but the metal content was stainless steel and the price was outrageous. I felt like either she had no clue what she was doing or she actually did and was trying to bamboozle me into buying steel when I was looking for actual au silver. I had to drive an hour away to find a suitable store that was not trying to overcharge for the product I was looking for. Despite the horrible prices and lack of the product they buy from fellow citizens due to understandable business practice, the lady was seemingly nice and attentive.... Owner responded, can't report for misinformation so I'll just edit and say I definitely rated the right store"

"They are a waste of time. They commented on a ring that was posted for $1000 saying they were interested in not only the gold but the diamonds too but when I got there they only offered me $100. They act like they are going to offer you more than other dealers but ultimately they don’t. If it’s posted for $1000 why would u think a 90% decrease is fair? I expected to get offered at least half. So disrespectful and a complete waste of time. They are no different then any other buyer so don’t go and waste your time!"
